Our shipping services cover the European Union (excluding Malta, Cyprus, Iceland and the EU Outermost Regions) and the United Kingdom. Please note that deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for e-bikes is free, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers. Free shipping on electric bike accessories for orders over €49. Otherwise, a shipping fee of €9.99 will be charged.

3. Delivery Time and Tracking Information
We strive to deliver your goods on any agreed-upon specified date, with special shipping times noted on the product page. Once your order ships, an automated email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Products
For damaged, defective, or wrongly received products, or discrepancies in quantity or quality compared to your order confirmation, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the products. Provide clear photos, and we'll make every reasonable effort to assist you.
5. Carrier Information and Estimated Delivery Time
Refer to the information above for carrier details in your country and the estimated delivery time post-shipping.
6. Unforeseen Circumstances
Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., adverse weather, traffic, road conditions, production delays) may impact delivery. We won't be liable for delays caused by such circumstances. In case of delays, an alternative delivery date will be provided. Unforeseen events like large order volumes may also extend transit times, as indicated on the product page.
7. Lost Product During Transportation
If the ordered product does not reach the provided address (if provided correctly) or is lost during transportation, we reserve the right to conduct a comprehensive investigation and search, lasting up to 30 days if necessary. During this period, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or the re-sending of the same product. We will keep you informed of the progress and results of the investigation at all times for appropriate, reasonable actions.
