Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please promptly contact our customer support team at service@jasionbikes.eu after placing your order. Orders canceled before shipping will not incur a handling fee. However, if the order has already been shipped, a processing fee of 180€ will be deducted. Detailed handling fees for other products are as follows:
Exchange Policy:
1. Before Shipping:
- Free replacement is offered for products of the same price.
- If you wish to change to a different model, you will be responsible for covering the price difference between the products.
2. Shipped But Not Received:
- Exchanges are not possible once the package has been successfully sent.
Delivered (Exchanges within 14 days):
- Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Ensure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust, and odor, and in its original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost:
- 180€ for the bike
- 30€ for accessories
- 80€ for the battery
- If changing to a different model, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of 180€ and the price difference.
Return Policy:
- Returns can be initiated within 14 days of E-bike delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
- Customers must contact service@jasionbikes.eu to obtain approval for the return before initiating the process.
- A refused package will incur a charge of 180€.
- To start a return, ensure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust, and odor, and in its original packaging and condition.
- Jasionbike will provide the shipping label; do not ship items independently before receiving the label.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of 180€.
Used Items:
- Returns on used items are not accepted, except in rare cases of breakage or malfunction.
Damages and Issues:
- Report defective or damaged products with photos or videos within 7 days of receiving the goods for replacement or compensation. Jasionbike covers return (exchange) shipping costs.
- For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Certain items, including used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gift orders, will not be accepted for return, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction under warranty.
Return and Exchange Process:
- Contact service@jasionbikes.eu for approval.
- If approved, you will receive a shipping label from Jasion, or we'll arrange for a pickup; do not ship items independently.
- Provide the tracking number after returning items.
- Upon receipt, processing takes 3-6 business days for returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Customers will be notified of the approval of the refund, and it will be automatically processed on the original payment method.
